Ingredients
- 1 bag Alexia Foods Organic Yukon Select Puffs
- 1 tablespoon Barons Italian White Truffle Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- Crushed red pepper (optional)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2-3 tbsp. Majestic Garlic Original Creamy Garlic Spread
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Directions
- Combine mayonnaise, garlic spread, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined and set aside.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread Potato Puffs on sheet and toss with truffle olive oil until evenly coated. Bake according to package instructions.
- Remove from oven and toss with Parmesan, parsley, and crushed red pepper.
- Serve immediately with garlic lemon mayo, if desired.
