• 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • Handful of fresh basil leaves
  • Drizzle of Barons Basil or Garlic Olive Oil
  • Drizzle of Barons 25 Star Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
  • Boulart Olive Oil and Fine Herbs Focaccia, for serving


  1. On a serving platter, arrange tomatoes, burrata, and basil leaves.
  2. Drizzle evenly with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately with focaccia, if desired.
