Ingredients
- 1 5-ounce package Earthbound Farms Baby Spinach and Baby Arugula Mix
- 1 4-ounce log Celebrity Cranberry Cinnamon Goat Cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup glazed pecans
- 1 apple, chopped
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Barons Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk olive oil and balsamic vinegar until combined. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Combine all salad ingredients into a large bowl.
- Drizzle with dressing and gently toss until evenly mixed. Serve immediately.
