- 1 pound shrimp, cooked
- 10 ounces Earthbound Farms Organic Baby Spinach and Baby Arugula
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup orange bell pepper, sliced
- ½ red onion, diced
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
- ½ cup corn
- 1½ cups crushed tortilla chips
- 1 cup Tessemae’s Habanero Ranch Dressing
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Toss gently until evenly coated with dressing. Serve immediately.
