Ingredients

½ pound Castelvetrano olives

½ pound Cambozola cheese

¼ cup mascarpone cheese

Directions

1Combine Cambozola cheese and mascarpone in a small bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined.

2Add mixture to a piping bag and fill each olive with cheese mixture. Place olives in a bowl and serve immediately.
