Pesto Feta Flatbread

This quick and easy flatbread is topped with basil pesto, three kinds of cheese, and crushed red pepper. Pair with a side salad for a delicious weeknight dinner. Makes 2 flatbreads.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Colors Rustic Flatbread
  • 6 tablespoons La Pasta Basil Pesto, divided
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup crumbled feta
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan
  • Crushed red pepper (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Spread 2 tablespoons of pesto on each flatbread crust.
  3. Top both crusts evenly with mozzarella, feta, and Parmesan.
  4. Dot both crusts with remaining pesto on top of cheese.
  5. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until crust is golden.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with crushed red pepper, if desired. Serve immediately.
