- 4 avocados
- ¾ cup Barons Pico de Gallo
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- Salt and fresh cracked pepper, to taste
- Add avocados to a large bowl and mash.
- Add pico de gallo, lemon juice, cilantro, and hot sauce and mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in feta cheese and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
