3 large heirloom tomatoes, sliced
2 cups grape tomatoes, sliced
1 pound fresh mozzarella, sliced into medallions
Handful of fresh basil leaves
Drizzle of Barons Basil or Garlic Olive Oil
Drizzle of Barons 25 Star Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
- On a serving platter, arrange tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and basil leaves.
