Ingredients
- 3 large heirloom tomatoes, sliced
 - 2 cups grape tomatoes, sliced
 - 1 pound fresh mozzarella, sliced into medallions
 - Handful of fresh basil leaves
 - Drizzle of Barons Basil or Garlic Olive Oil
 - Drizzle of Barons 25 Star Balsamic Vinegar
 - Salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
 
Directions
- On a serving platter, arrange tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and basil leaves.
 - Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
