Ingredients
- ½ pound Castelvetrano olives
- ½ pound Cambozola cheese
- ¼ cup mascarpone cheese
Directions
- Combine Cambozola cheese and mascarpone in a small bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Add mixture to a piping bag and fill each olive with cheese mixture. Place olives in a bowl and serve immediately.
