Ingredients
- 1 large tortilla or wrap
 - 3 ounces ROSIE® Organic Chicken Boneless Skinless Breast Tenders
 - 1 cup arugula
 - 1 sun dried tomato, sliced
 - ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
 - 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
 - 2 teaspoons Barons Garlic Olive Oil
 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
 - ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 - Barons Basil Olive Oil
 - Barons 25 Star Balsamic Vinegar
 
Directions
- Heat garlic olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
 - Season chicken with garlic powder, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper.
 - Add chicken to pan and sauté until fully cooked. Dice chicken into cubes and set aside.
 - Fill tortilla or wrap with chicken, arugula, sun-dried tomato, red onion, and blue cheese.
 - Lightly drizzle the filling with basil olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
 - Roll up tortilla tightly and cut in half. Serve immediately.
