Ingredients
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
 - 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
 - 8 ounces burrata cheese
 - Handful of fresh basil leaves
 - Drizzle of Barons Basil or Garlic Olive Oil
 - Drizzle of Barons 25 Star Balsamic Vinegar
 - Salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
 - Boulart Olive Oil and Fine Herbs Focaccia, for serving
 
Directions
- On a serving platter, arrange tomatoes, burrata, and basil leaves.
 - Drizzle evenly with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
