Vegan Stir Fry with Island Teriyaki Sauce

1 8-ounce package Sweet Earth Mindful Chik’n Strips

1 package Wildwood Organic High Protein Tofu, cubed

¾ cup Soy Vay Island Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce, or more to taste

3 cups broccoli florets

2 cups mushrooms, sliced

6 ounces snow peas

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 carrot, sliced

¼ cup green onion, sliced

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

½ teaspoon crushed red pepper

2 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon oil


1Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

2Add Sweet Earth Mindful Chick’n Strips, tofu, and carrot slices. Stir fry until lightly browned, about 8 minutes.

3Add teriyaki sauce, water, broccoli, mushrooms, snow peas, and red bell pepper and continue to stir fry until vegetables are tender.

4Add in sesame seeds and crushed red pepper and cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
