Ingredients

1 15-ounce bag Alexia Yukon Select Fries

2 tablespoons Barons Market White Truffle Olive Oil

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Directions

1Prepare fries according to package instructions.

2Remove fries from oven and transfer to a large bowl. Toss hot fries with truffle olive oil, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Serve immediately.
