San Diego Summer Hot Dogs

1Place grilled hot dogs in warmed buns.
2Top each hot dog generously with guacamole and pico de gallo. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and cotija evenly over each hot dog and finish with a drizzle of chipotle lime mayo and crushed tortilla chips. Serve immediately with lime wedges, if desired.
