Pesto Flatbread with Heirloom Tomatoes and Feta

- Yields: Makes 1 flatbread
1Preheat oven to 425°.
2Spread pesto evenly over flatbread and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
3Pat tomato slices dry and season with salt and pepper. Lay tomato slices evenly over the flatbread and top with crumbled feta.
4Bake flatbread for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden.
5Remove from oven. Slice and serve immediately.
