Cheesy Galette with Everything Topping Crust

For the galette:

1 9-inch Immaculate Baking Company Ready-to-Bake Pie Crust

¾ cup Barons New York Sharp White Cheddar, shredded

¼ cup Alouette Garlic and Herb Spreadable Cheese

¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon The Corner Deli Better Than A Bagel Everything Topping

1 tablespoon butter, melted

1 tablespoon chives

¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper

For the arugula topping:

1 cup fresh arugula

Drizzle of olive oil

Squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Salt and pepper


1Preheat oven to 400°F. Thaw pie crust according to package instructions.

2Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out prepared pie crust.

3Spread garlic and herb cheese evenly over crust, leaving a 1½” border around the edge.

4Sprinkle on cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and crushed red pepper.

5Gently fold the edge of the crust over to create a rustic galette.

6Brush the crust with melted butter and sprinkle with everything topping.

7Bake galette for 25 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.

8Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh chives. Serve immediately with arugula topping, if desired.
