BBQ Chicken Flatbread

  • Yields: Makes 2 flatbreads


1 package Colors Gourmet Pizza Rustic Flatbread Crust

2 cups shredded ROSIE® Organic Chicken Breast, cooked

1 cup barbecue sauce

2/3 cup fontina cheese, shredded

1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded

1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced

1/3 cup red cabbage, shredded

1/4 cup red onion, chopped

2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

1 teaspoon fresh jalapeño, minced


1Preheat oven to 425°F.

2In a small bowl, combine shredded chicken and barbecue sauce and mix until well combined. Divide mixture and spread evenly over each flatbread crust.

3Sprinkle fontina and mozzarella cheese over each flatbread.

4Top with bell pepper, cabbage, red onion and jalapeño. Drizzle with additional barbecue sauce, if desired.

5Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden.

6Remove from oven. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve immediately.
