Balsamic Chicken Wrap with Arugula and Blue Cheese

1 large tortilla or wrap

3 ounces ROSIE® Organic Chicken Boneless Skinless Breast Tenders

1 cup arugula

1 sun-dried tomato, sliced

¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

2 teaspoons Barons Garlic Olive Oil

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Barons Basil Olive Oil

Barons 25 Star Balsamic Vinegar


1Heat garlic olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Season chicken with garlic powder, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper.

2Add chicken to pan and sauté until fully cooked. Dice chicken into cubes and set aside.

3Fill tortilla or wrap with chicken, arugula, sun-dried tomato, red onion, and blue cheese.

4Lightly drizzle the filling with basil olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

5Roll up tortilla tightly and cut in half. Serve immediately.
