For Balsamic Berry Sauce:
1Combine blueberries, blackberries, sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat.
2Simmer berries for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly, until they begin to burst and soften.
3Add in the balsamic vinegar and vanilla and lower heat to medium-low.
4Continue to simmer, stirring constantly, for an additional 15 minutes until berries break down and sauce reduces and thickens.
5Remove sauce from heat and cool completely. Divide ice cream into eight glasses and top with berry sauce, fresh raspberries and blueberries, and a wafer roll. Serve immediately.
