1 10.5oz can beef broth (or equivalent)
3 tbsp. each: water and dry sherry or apple juice
2 tbsp. Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki or Soy Vay Island Teriyaki
1 cup uncooked long grain rice
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cover. Simmer 15 minutes; remove from heat and let stand covered 5 minutes. Makes 4-5 servings.
