Vegetarian Pasta Bolognese

1 16-ounce package spaghetti

1 25-ounce jar pasta sauce

1 package Quorn Meatless and Soy Free Grounds

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ cup Parmesan cheese

Fresh basil, for serving


1Bring salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package. Drain and set aside.

2Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add Quorn grounds and cook until hot and lightly browned. Add pasta sauce and simmer for a few minutes until heated through. In a large bowl, toss spaghetti with pasta sauce and Parmesan cheese. Serve with fresh basil leaves, if desired.
