1 flour tortilla

1 slice Chao Tomato Cayenne Vegan Cheese

¼ cup canned black beans

1 tablespoon cilantro

1 teaspoon olive oil


1Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook tortilla for 1-2 minutes, or until soft.

2Place cheese, beans, and cilantro inside tortilla. Fold in half and continue to cook, flipping occasionally, until cheese has melted. Serve immediately.
