Thai Curry

  • Yields: Serves 3


12 ounces protein of choice (chicken, shrimp, tofu)

2 cups vegetables of choice (broccoli, carrots, potato, bell peppers, mushrooms, onion, eggplant)

1 jar Sharwood’s Thai Red Curry Sauce

1 tbsp. cooking oil


1Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

2Add protein of choice and stir fry until fully cooked.

3Remove from pan and set aside.

4Add vegetables to pan and cook until tender.

5Add protein back to pan and add in curry sauce.

6Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

7Serve with rice, if desired.
