Teriyaki Jackfruit Burrito

1 package The Jackfruit Company Teriyaki Jackfruit

2 whole wheat tortillas

1 cup cooked white or brown rice

½ cup shredded carrots

1 cucumber, cut into strips

½ cup shredded red cabbage

1 tablespoon chopped cilantro


1Heat teriyaki jackfruit according to package. Set aside.

2Heat tortillas until soft and remove from pan. Lay on flat surface and evenly divide toppings between the two tortillas. Roll into burritos and serve.

3Additional optional toppings: sriracha mayo, sweet chili sauce, teriyaki sauce
