Organic Zucchini Noodles with Pesto and Fresh Tomatoes

Ingredients

1 package Cece’s Veggie Co. Organic Zucchini Noodles

1 teaspoon Barons Garlic Olive Oil

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/3 cup Galbani Fresh Mozzarella Perline

2 tablespoons pesto

Barons 25 Star Balsamic Vinegar, for drizzling

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1Heat a pan over medium heat. Add garlic olive oil and zucchini noodles and quickly saute for 2-4 minutes, or until noodles are slightly softened.

2Remove from heat and toss with tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and pesto.

3Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and serve immediately.
