Matcha Chia Pudding

4 tablespoons chia seeds

1½ cups vanilla almond milk

½ teaspoon vanilla

2 tablespoons agave nectar

1½ teaspoons matcha powder

2 cups vanilla yogurt


1In a medium bowl, combine almond milk, vanilla, agave, and matcha powder.

2Whisk or stir until thoroughly combined.

3Add in chia seeds and divide mixture among four jars.

4Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

5Layer with vanilla yogurt and serve.
