Lemon Garlic Pasta with Salmon

- Yields: Serves 4
1Cook pasta according to package instructions.
2Season salmon with salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, depending on thickness.
3Once pasta has cooked, drain and toss with garlic, olive oil, basil, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add lemon juice, zest, and capers and toss until mixed.
4Flake salmon into bite-size pieces and gently toss with the pasta.
5Serve immediately topped with freshly grated or shaved Parmesan cheese.
