Gorgonzola Fig Flatbread

  • Yields: Serves 4-6


1 package Colors Gourmet Pizza Rustic Flatbreads (2 flatbreads per package)

2 tablespoons Barons Garlic Infused Olive Oil

1½ cups shredded mozzarella

½ cup crumbled Gorgonzola

1 handful fresh arugula

8 dried figs, cut in halves or quarters


1Preheat oven to 400°F.

2Brush olive oil evenly over both flatbreads. Sprinkle mozzarella and blue cheese evenly over flatbreads. Top with fresh arugula and figs.

3Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until crust and cheese is golden brown. Cut flatbreads into pieces and serve.
