Burrata Flatbread with Portabella and Truffle Pesto

Ingredients

1 package Colors Rustic Flatbread

2 tablespoons Nuovo Pasta Roasted Portabella and Truffle Pesto

1½ cups shredded mozzarella

1/3 cup cooked spinach

¼ cup Parmesan cheese

6 ounces burrata cheese

Drizzle of Barons Garlic Olive Oil

Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°F.

2Evenly spread each flatbread with one tablespoon of pesto.

3Sprinkle both flatbreads with mozzarella, spinach, and Parmesan cheese. Tear burrata into pieces and place on top of flatbreads.

4Drizzle each flatbread lightly with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly. Serve immediately.
