Ingredients

1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix

1 egg

1 tablespoon oil

¼ cup cold milk

Directions

1Blend pancake mix, egg, oil, and cold milk together in a large bowl until just combined. Cook pancakes over medium heat on preheated griddle. Flip pancakes when bubbles form in center and edges brown. Serve immediately with warm maple syrup and butter.
