BBQ Chili Rubbed Salmon Tacos with Pineapple Jalapeño Salsa

BBQ Chili Rubbed Salmon:
Black Bean Puree
Pineapple Jalapeño Salsa
1Combine all ingredients for salsa and mix well. Set aside.
2In a small skillet, drizzle some avocado oil and warm black beans with garlic. Add a splash of vegetable broth and season with cayenne pepper and cumin to taste. Transfer to a food processor and blend until smooth. Set aside.
3Drizzle salmon with avocado oil and a sprinkle of chili powder. Rub salmon until evenly coated with chili powder and oil. Season with sea salt and fresh cracked pepper. Grill, skin side down, for about 7 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
4Warm tortillas and spread with black bean puree. Top with salmon, pineapple salsa, and additional toppings if desired. Serve immediately.
