Artichoke Dip with Dubliner® Cheese

  • Yields: Serves 6-8

Ingredients

12 ounces artichoke hearts, chopped

1 cup mayonnaise

1 small garlic clove, minced

1 teaspoon oregano

2 tablespoons grated onion

2 cups Kerrygold Dubliner® Cheese, grated

Directions

1Combine all ingredients and spoon the mixture into an 8-inch baking dish.

2Bake for 30 minutes at 300°F. Serve with crackers, pita chips, or flatbread.
