Artichoke, Bacon, and Ricotta Flatbread

- Yields: Makes 2 flatbreads
1Preheat oven to 425°F.
2Spread each flatbread evenly with ricotta cheese. Sprinkle spinach, mozzarella, bacon, and artichokes evenly over both flatbreads.
3Drizzle each flatbread lightly with olive oil and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until flatbread is golden brown and cheese has melted. Remove from oven, slice and serve immediately.
