- 4 oz Sharp White Cheddar, shredded
- 1 Cup Fresh Cranberries
- 1 French Baguette
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
In a large mixing bowl add cream cheese. Fold in the fresh cranberries and transfer to a ramekin. Bake the mixture in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes. The cheese dip will be boiling and golden brown on top when ready. While the cheese dip is cooking, slice the French baguette into even pieces and place them on a baking sheet. Lightly coat them with the olive oil. When the cheese dip is about done, about 20 minutes, place the baking sheet in the oven and bake them for about 10 minutes. Let both the dip and crostini cool a bit, then serve.
